Home Relief Grant
Ohioans who are behind on rent, mortgage, and water and/or sewer utility bills may be able to receive assistance. Assistance can be applied to outstanding rent, mortgage, water, and/or sewer bills back to April 1, 2020.
This program is being administered by the Ohio Development Services Agency, NOT the Village of Ottawa & residents are asked to contact the agency directly. For more information, follow the links below.
R.I.T.A. & Municipal Income Tax Returns
On October 15th, approximately 796 non-filer letters were sent to Village residents from the Regional Income Tax Agency. Taxpayers can simply e-file returns at www.ritaohio.com, mail or fax to RITA the documents listed on the non-filing letter.

Village Council meetings are being offered via Zoom during this time of social distancing. Please contact the Clerk's Office for meeting details. Meetings are held the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
