  • Yes. If you are interested in signing up, complete the proper form (ACH Authorization) and return it to the Utility Department. You will still receive a monthly bill which will have the amount noted and language stating, "Memo Bill - Do Not Pay."

  • The Village of Ottawa has a contract with Werlor, Inc. for residential trash pick-up. Their phone number is 1-800-582-3433. The rates are: $15.70 for 96 gallon cart service & $14.90 for 60 gallon cart service.  Bulk service is available by calling their office & scheduling a pick-up.  Extra bags must be tagged for pick-up; tags can be purchased for $2.25 at the Municipal Building.
